How to track an item
If your seller is using a tracked shipping service, it's easy to follow your item's progress.
Here's how:
1. Find the item in your Purchase history.
2. The tracking number will be displayed as a link. Open the link to see what stage your item has reached in its journey to you.
If you don't see a tracking number for the item in your Purchase history, check if the item is marked as "shipped". If it is, contact the seller and ask them to upload the number.
To cancel an order, you have to contact the seller and ask them to cancel it for you.
If you need to cancel the order, you will need to speak to the seller.
- Go to Purchase history and find the order you want to cancel.
- From the More button dropdown, Choose Request to cancel.
- Explain to the seller why you need to cancel, and select Send.
If you need to cancel your order, tell the seller as quickly as possible.
When you purchase multiple items, you have to cancel one item at a time.
If the seller has already shipped your order, or if they don't accept your cancellation request, you will need to wait until you receive the item and then start a return.
You can't cancel a transaction if you've already opened an item not received the case.
When buying on ENDAND, you are protected by the ENDAND Protect System. For most items, if your order doesn't arrive or is faulty or damaged, you will get your money back.
Most ENDAND purchases go smoothly, but if an item that you ordered hasn't arrived, let the seller know by opening an item not received request.
If your item has arrived, but there's something wrong with it, or it doesn't match the description in the original ENDAND listing, you can return it. Many sellers will also be willing to accept returns if you have changed your mind. Whatever your reason for the return, the first step is to open a return request.
Most transactions on ENDAND go smoothly, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it.
If the item you received doesn't match the description in the original listing, or if it arrived flawed or damaged, you are covered under the ENDAND Protection Program.
If you no longer want an item, check the seller's return policy in the listing to see if they offer returns, how long you have to request a return, and any other conditions.
Starting a return request
Here's how to start a return
1. Find the item in your Purchase history and select Return.
2. Select your reason for the return.
3. Select ‘Send’.
Remember, when you return an item, it must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it. The items cannot be used or altered in any way and you need to include any additional items or paperwork that were included.
- All original packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
- Accessories such as cords and remote controls
- Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards
- "Free gifts" or bonus items
- All items included in a bundle
Sellers are responsible for return shipping if the item doesn't match the listing description, or arrived damaged or faulty.
If you change your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping.
If the seller is covering return shipping
The seller may provide you with a return shipping label, or contact you to make other arrangements such as returning the item to their store or reimbursing you for return shipping.
You don't need a special printer or self-adhesive labels when printing return shipping labels. Simply print the label on normal paper and tape it to the package. Make sure the barcode is clear so the carrier can scan it easily.
If you are covering return shipping
Send the item back with your preferred shipping carrier. Make sure you use a service that provides tracking information.
In product return cases, international shipments may be subject to customs duty. In this case, depending on the reason for the return, the subject of the customs duty may be different.
Buyer's change of mind or mistake – the buyer is responsible for the customs duty
Seller’s product has an issue or mistake – the seller is responsible for the customs duty
If a return issue occurs because the responsible person fails to pay the customs duty, the return case may be terminated unfavorably to the responsible person.
