Shipping Policy
Most of the items are located in Korea and Japan. All items will be shipped generally within 7-14 business days from the receipt of payment. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except Holidays).
Tariff
The seller assumes covering all shipping, export/import customs clearance, duties, and taxes until goods reach the buyer’s location. From the effective date of 1th January 2026, sellers shall need to use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) logistics services for customs clearance for all shipments located in Japan and Korea being shipped to the United States, with a unit price of less than US$2,500.
Return & Exchange Policy
Yes! We want you to be happy with your purchase. All item(s) must be returned to EndAnd within fifteen (15) days of the order delivery date with tags attached and in the original condition in order to receive a full refund.
